My name is Charlene Shaulis and I am the founder of The Inspired ReTreat.  I have a passion for scrapbooking and started my first album over 10 years ago.  As it turns out, I also have a passion for organizing and events planning.  I believe the concept of this business is God's calling for me.  (The combination of scrapbooking and retreat planning is entrepreneurial heaven for me!)  The Inspired ReTreat concept was born as a scrapbooking retreat company.  We are now expanding to include ReTreat getaways for quilters!

I reside in Corrales, New Mexico - a small community just outside of Albuquerque.  I have four beautiful children and two beautiful (and magnificent!) grandchildren.  Without the support of my loving husband, Dennis, this business venture would not be possible.

 

When I am not scrapbooking, I am fulfilling my role as full-time mother, wife, grandmother and friend.

 

My goal is to provide weekends of fun, meaningful and affordable time away for women to get together and share their passion for scrapbooking and quilting.
